1. Overview

At PhoneCaseVayner, your satisfaction is our priority.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product, in accordance with the guidelines below.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.

  • The product must not be damaged, customized, or altered in any way.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note:

  • Used or damaged items cannot be accepted for return or refund.

  • Final sale items, such as clearance or promotional products, are non-refundable.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective item or a mistake on our part, PhoneCaseVayner will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • All return shipments must be sent via tracked delivery.
    We recommend keeping proof of shipment until your return has been processed.


4. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and quality assurance before restocking the item.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We will notify you by email of the status of your return.

  2. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, color, or design:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • We will issue prepaid shipping if the exchange is due to a wrong or damaged item received.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  2. Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  3. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized cases

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through misuse, accidents, or improper handling

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
